Role Overview
The Growth Audience VP is a senior strategic field leadership role responsible for advancing Thrivent’s Growth Audiences (GA) strategy by shaping how the strategy is defined, adapted, executed, and scaled across priority markets.
What You Will Do
Provide strategic leadership for the GA work within the assigned audience segment, shape market strategies, coach field leaders, and inform the prioritization of resources and capabilities.

Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services

- Proven ability to shape growth strategy, coach leaders, and influence enterprise partners
- Strong track record of building community, partnership, or center-of-influence relationships
- Proven success coaching senior field leaders and leading through influence in a matrixed environment
