Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and product-minded BI Analyst who combines strong analytical skills with a genuine interest in solving real business problems through data. In this role, you will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support better decision-making across the business.

What You Will Do

You will partner with stakeholders across the business to understand reporting, analysis, and insight needs, and translate them into effective analytical solutions. You will also design, develop, and maintain production-grade dashboards, reports, and analytical assets using Tableau and other relevant tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a data, BI, analytics, or related role.
• Strong hands-on experience writing production-level SQL.
• Strong hands-on experience using Python for analysis, data processing, and analytical solution development.
• Strong expertise in Tableau, including dashboard development, data source design, performance optimisation, and Tableau Online administration and management.
• Proven ability to work with complex datasets and turn business questions into structured, actionable analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to move from stakeholder requests to practical data solutions.
• Good understanding of reporting design, data visualisation best practices, and how to present insights clearly for business users.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality, accuracy, and reliability.
• Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
