KYC Controls & Data Insights Manager

Tide is seeking a KYC Controls & Data Insights Manager to join their team. The role will involve analyzing KYC data to identify risks and make recommendations for control improvements. The successful candidate will have experience in data analysis, pattern recognition, and control effectiveness assessment, as well as a strong background in financial crime, AML, and KYC.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis, pattern recognition, or control effectiveness assessment
• Strong background in financial crime, AML, and KYC/KYB and onboarding controls
• Ability to translate analytical findings into practical control improvements
