Tide is seeking a Partnerships Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential partners, implement sales strategy, and acquire Pre-Paid Payment Instruments primarily through corporates. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of sales and business development experience in the banking, credit, and prepaid industry.
Requirements
- Self motivated, Team Worker, Motivator and Achiever of Goals & Target.
- 5-10 years of sales and business development experience in the banking, credit and prepaid industry.
- Ability to use industry tools like Zendesk, GSuite, and Jira.
- Confident talking with customers to help them get the most from their current account.
- Passion for problem-solving and finding solutions to difficult situations.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Experience working in customer service for the finance industry.
- Some experience working in startups.
- Proven working experience in business development/sale in Prepaid Cards/Expense Cards.
