Requirements
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with all stakeholders worldwide
- Develop globalization strategy to ensure future-proof processes
- Drive localization process adoption and be accountable for on-time delivery
- Facilitate business process workshops and ensure participants acquire necessary knowledge
- Take a leading role in onboarding stakeholders to LingoValley
- Analyze data, conduct CSAT surveys, and assess stakeholders’ requirements and expectations
- Organize training sessions for LSPs to review feedback and align standards
- Oversee all aspects of feedback and identify potential obstacles
