The Head of Agency Acquisition, Scaled Growth, NA & LATAM is responsible for building and managing the Agency Acquisition team, leading sales targets, and driving new partnerships with Large Indie Agencies.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in sales management
• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or the media agency industry
• Proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese
• Sound analytical skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Comfortable with revenue target
• A genuine passion for small business
