We are seeking a Senior Global Content & Partnerships Counsel to lead legal support for complex commercial matters across the US, advise on technology transactions and content licensing arrangements, and provide clear legal advice to business teams and senior leadership.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active membership in at least one US state bar
- Extensive experience in private practice and/or in-house with substantial experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Meaningful experience in technology transactions, strategic product partnerships, content licensing, media and entertainment transactions, or distribution arrangements
