Role Overview
We are hiring an entrepreneurial, commercially driven Key Account Manager to win and grow the most important K-beauty brands on TikTok Shop in Germany and across the EU. This is an individual contributor role with a clear dual mandate: acquiring major accounts and incubating and growing them on an ongoing basis.
What You Will Do
You will operate as a senior commercial owner, opening doors at C-suite and VP level, closing partnerships end-to-end, and driving those accounts to scale through content, creator, and campaign activation. You will own the acquisition pipeline for priority K-Beauty brands, lead end-to-end commercial closings, and engage C-suite stakeholders at target brands.

Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in Operations, Account management or any similar field
- Proven track record in a direct acquisition, business development, or strategic sales role
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders — C-suite, VP, Director-level — and closing deals that require aligning multiple decision-makers across complex organisations
- Strong commercial acumen — you can size an opportunity, build a business case, negotiate terms, and drive measurable outcomes using data
- Understanding of social commerce, content-led commerce, creator ecosystems, livestreaming, and short-video formats
- Fluency in German is required to facilitate collaboration with German stakeholders
