Role Overview

The AVP Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will lead the credit union’s financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and performance analysis activities, delivering accurate and timely financial insights to support organizational decision making.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include developing forward-looking financial plans, conducting variance and trend analyses, and providing data-driven guidance to enhance financial discipline and inform resource allocation.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in progressively responsible accounting or finance roles
  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority
  • Valid driver’s license, maintaining an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA, or FPAC) are preferred
