We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our strategic data team at Tipico, a leading sports betting provider in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining batch and real-time data pipelines, assembling large and complex data sets, and implementing internal process improvements. The role requires 3 years of experience in cloud data services, large-scale production databases, ELT, governance, and big data technologies.
Requirements
- 3 years of work experience in relevant field
- Cloud data services (AWS services, SQL, etc.)
- Large-scale production databases and SQL
- ELT development (DBT, Airflow, etc.)
- Governance and data quality concepts
- Big data technologies (NIFI, Kafka, Python, Spark, etc.)
- Docker/Kubernetes
- Strong analytics skills and ability to innovate
