GTM Engineer: Data Infrastructure & AI Intelligence

Toast is looking for a GTM Engineer for Data Infrastructure & AI Intelligence to be the foundational architect of their sales data ecosystem. The role will involve building a clean data foundation, establishing data governance standards, and implementing data health monitoring. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM data architecture, data pipelines, and AI agents, as well as strong SQL skills and a data governance mindset.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM AI Engineering
• Deep Salesforce expertise
• Experience with data modeling, field configuration, validation rules, flows, and cross-object relationships at scale
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end data pipelines
• Agent building: experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly in a data warehouse environment
• Experience building and owning reporting infrastructure in a BI or dashboard tool
• Data governance mindset
• Strong communicator who can translate data concepts for non-technical audiences
