Account Manager – Hungarian Market

Role Overview

As an Account Manager for our Hungarian customers, you are the central commercial contact for your customer portfolio and are in close contact with consulting, support, and development departments as needed. You are responsible for the commercial success of your account portfolio and actively shape the growth of your customers.

What You Will Do

Independent management of all contract extensions in your portfolio, negotiation of contract conditions, building and maintaining an active expansion pipeline, and regular check-ins with customers.

Requirements

• Completed university degree (FH or university)
• Experience in a customer-oriented role with commercial or sales responsibility desirable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-assured and convincing appearance, as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong goal- and result-orientation, combined with high customer- and service-orientation
• Secure handling of CRM systems for pipeline- and forecast management
• Fluent Hungarian and English skills are expected
• Additionally, fluent German or Dutch skills are expected
