Role Overview
We are seeking a Relationship Account Manager to increase the volume, profitability, and retention of novated lease business by building strong relationships with employer partners and maximising participation within the region’s existing customer base. This role is based in Western Australia and is a permanent full time role.
What You Will Do
Drive Novated Leasing growth across the region by achieving sales targets, generating new customer leads, increasing settled units, and maximising customer retention. Build and manage strong relationships with employers and customers, identifying new business opportunities while delivering exceptional service and support throughout the customer lifecycle.
