Role Overview
Join our Tokyo sales team as a New Graduate Welcome Account Manager and be part of a young and active work environment. As a member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for new customer acquisition, negotiation, and customer follow-up. What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include new customer acquisition through cold calls, emails, and DM mailings, creation and updating of potential customer lists, negotiation of prices and delivery dates with overseas customers, and daily customer follow-up.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for a positive and energetic person with native-level Japanese, business-level English, and at least 1 year of customer experience. You should have problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and good time management and multitasking skills.
Requirements
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Business level (TOEIC 880 or higher)
- At least 1 year of customer experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Positive and energetic person
- Problem-solving ability and analytical skills
- Sociable and enjoys communicating with people
- Good time management and multitasking skills

- Annual salary: 5 million yen + performance bonus
