Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Role Overview

Trez Capital is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to support the company’s budgeting, planning, forecasting, liquidity management, and financial analysis activities.

What You Will Do

Serve as a trusted analytical resource and business partner to Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Treasury, Underwriting, and Capital Raising. Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes, and develop management reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• At least three years of FP&A experience.
• CPA, MBA, or CFA designation.
• Demonstrated experience developing financial models and planning and forecasting tools.
• Advanced financial modelling skills using Excel and business intelligence reporting tools connected to a data warehouse.
• Experience developing KPI dashboards, databases, and systems, as well as improving or automating processes.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including experience preparing executive reports and presentations.
• Commercial real estate industry experience is considered an asset.
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry is considered an asset.
