Role Overview
The Marketing Manager leads day-to-day marketing, communications, branding, digital marketing, public relations, and community awareness activities for Tri-County Human Services. They develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness of the agency, its programs, and services, and ensure clear and consistent communication across agency locations and programs.
What You Will Do
The Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies, manage social media platforms, maintain the agency’s website and digital presence, plan and execute email marketing and digital communications, and maintain brand standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
- At least three years of professional experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, public relations, or a related field
- Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Experience with social media management, website content management, email marketing, and digital marketing
- Working knowledge of SEO, digital analytics, audience segmentation, and marketing performance measurement
- Experience developing marketing materials and working with graphic design tools or creative vendors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency and accuracy
- Ability to collaborate effectively with organizational leadership, program staff, community partners, vendors, and external organizations
