Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Native or professional fluency in both Polish and English.
  • Proven track record of driving product adoption and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Highly disciplined in managing partner referrals and sales pipelines, conducting outbound prospecting, and guiding commercial conversations.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of ownership and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
