TriNet is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive lead generation, nurture campaigns, and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, with a focus on lead generation, nurturing, and pipeline growth.
Requirements
- Collaborate with the demand generation team to develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, implement, and optimize demand generation campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, social media, and webinars.
- Implement lead generation tactics to capture and qualify leads, leveraging inbound and outbound marketing techniques.
- Develop and execute lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop compelling and targeted content assets that align with buyer personas and campaign objectives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing operations, and product marketing, to align demand generation activities with overall marketing and sales strategies.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to inform demand generation strategies and tactics.
- Continuously expand knowledge of demand generation best practices, emerging trends, and technologies.
