Lead Business Intelligence Developer for TriNet, responsible for leading the design, development, and evolution of enterprise BI solutions that enable trusted, insight-driven decision-making. The role combines deep hands-on expertise with technical leadership, shaping BI standards, guiding solution design, and partnering closely with business, data enablement, and data science teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field
- Master’s Degree with Analytics or Data Science specialization preferred
- Typically 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data reporting roles
- Strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Experience working with enterprise data warehouses and complex data ecosystems
- Experience working with business stakeholders across multiple functions
- BI Certifications like Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), Tableau or Looker certifications preferred
- Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) or equivalent BI certification are a plus
