Customer Success Manager – Denmark: Lead post-sale onboarding and setup, drive measurable business adoption, and ensure customer health and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include driving product adoption, strengthening customer health, and reducing churn.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Danish and proficient in English
  • Prior experience in customer success, account management, or customer support roles in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Proven ability to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction (NPS), and retention results
  • Strong communication skills across multiple stakeholder levels
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to manage a large portfolio (Mid-Market)
  • Solid understanding of the digital marketing funnel and search marketing landscape
