As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Trustpilot, you will be the value owner and trusted advisor for your portfolio of customers within the Danish market, ensuring they achieve success with Trustpilot and realize ongoing value. You will lead high-stakes post-sale alignment for key accounts, proactively translate technical usage data into compelling ROI narratives, and own the holistic health and Gross Renewal Rate (GRR) of your portfolio.
Requirements
- Fluent in Danish and proficient in English
- Strong experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS or technology environment
- Proven ability to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction (NPS), and retention results through strategic intervention
