The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of client management, from proactively managing briefs through production to cultivating and securing long-term partnerships. Acting as the primary client liaison, this role ensures seamless communication, alignment, and execution across internal teams, including creative, development, and production. The Account Manager will drive strategic growth by identifying opportunities within client portfolios, leading RFP submissions, and nurturing new business relationships.
Requirements
- 4yrs+ experience in a similar role within the beauty, fashion, or luxury industry
- Highly analytical with the ability to think strategically and be a confident decision-maker
- Ability to travel within the EU
- Fluency in English, with additional languages, is a bonus (French, Spanish, Italian, Mandarin, or Cantonese)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and multiple tasks efficiently in a professional and respectful manner
