Role Overview
The SS&P Manager is a key member of the Foodservice Prepared team, supporting the K–12 and Distribution channels. This role handles day-to-day execution and support, and helps deliver against annual financial and volume targets for Tyson Foodservice Prepared categories.
What You Will Do
Analyze category and product performance, deliver actionable insights, support development and execution of K–12 and Distribution channel strategies, and serve as the go-to resource for customer and field questions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer trade marketing, sales, marketing, sales analytics, revenue management or category management
- Demonstrated financial acumen, with joint growth planning experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence cross-functional team members
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills
- Strong ability to articulate complex information in a concise manner and with proper context
- Intermediate-Advanced level for MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams
- Prior experience with Tyson CRM preferred
- Excellent planning and project management skills
- Syndicated Data experience
- Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Business acumen and ownership
