Requirements
- 2 years of experience in retention marketing, specifically across email, SMS, CRM, or loyalty programs
- Hands-on experience with an Email Service Platform (ESP), with a strong preference for Klaviyo
- Strong copywriting skills for direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce, with the ability to adapt tone and style to match different client brands
- A solid understanding of email analytics and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategy
- Proficiency in building segmented customer lists using behavioral and transactional data
- Experience working within Shopify or directly supporting Shopify-based clients
- Proactive, organized approach, with the ability to think through the entire customer journey and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team
