Business Development Representative (German Speaking)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and relentless Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team. This role is 100% focused on hunting, with a strong emphasis on cold calling, email outreach, and other outbound activities.

What You Will Do

Hunt for new enterprise leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn, qualify prospects and set up meetings for the sales team, research accounts and tailor outreach to decision-makers, track activity in our CRM and iterate on messaging.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in outbound sales (BDR/SDR), ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Cold outreach prospecting experience
  • Fluent in German and English (French, Spanish or Italian is a big plus)
  • Experience with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha
