We’re looking for a Client Strategy & Partnerships Principal to shape big opportunities, build trusted partnerships, and influence system-wide change. The role involves turning early conversations into long-term strategic relationships, shaping high-value advisory programmes, and guiding clients through complex decisions.
Requirements
- Strategic, commercially sharp and highly organised
- Confident with senior stakeholders and able to lead complex conversations
- Advisory-minded, comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping clarity
- Collaborative, coordinating multi-disciplinary contributors with ease
- An exceptional communicator, written and verbal
- Curious, analytical and evidence-led
- Experienced in strategy, advisory or programme-level roles, ideally in healthcare
- Skilled in procurement, business case development, research and analysis
- Familiar with RIBA stages, construction principles, cost planning, project management and technical documentation
