Role Overview
The Sales Manager will oversee the coordination and successful execution of all programs/services, work closely with the Director of Sales to build relationships with area businesses, associations, and SMERF entities, and maintain a working knowledge of the marketplace.
What You Will Do
The Sales Manager will be responsible for selling revenue-generating events, detailing, servicing, and planning for the success of these events, and ensuring cooperation and coordination with other departments/managers in the daily flow of the hotel’s operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience as a Sales Manager in a high-end environment
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written form with the public as well as other team members
- Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally to achieve goals
- Ability to thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment
- Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
