Role Overview
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall management of a portfolio of strategic customers and drive sustainable growth in terms of sales, profitability, and market share. You’ll work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Demand Planning teams and make a significant contribution to the success of our brands.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include customer management, business development, sales, profitability, and budget responsibility, as well as business planning, performance management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
- Several years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG or consumer goods industry
- In-depth knowledge of trade and discount structures in the German-speaking market
- Proven success in developing major customers and experience in leading annual and price negotiations
- Ability to handle market and customer data (e.g. NielsenIQ, Circana/GfK)
- High level of initiative, strong result orientation, and ability to identify and successfully implement growth opportunities
- Convincing appearance, strong negotiation skills, and ability to establish long-term customer relationships and cross-functional collaboration
