Requirements
- University or College degree in IT or economics
- 3-5 years of work experience in customer experience development and process mining
- Project management skills
- Active verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office/O365, ERP systems, process mining systems, data modelling systems
- Consultancy, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking and great time management skills
