Staff Data Analyst

As a Staff Data Analyst, you will serve as a strategic analytics partner to Operations and Product leaders, helping shape servicing strategy through data-driven insights and scalable reporting solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or its equivalent) plus 6 years of experience
  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a related analytical function supporting business operations or product organizations
  • Advanced SQL experience, including building complex queries and transforming large datasets for analytical and reporting use cases
  • Experience building dashboards and automated reporting solutions using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
  • Experience conducting root cause analysis, defining performance metrics, and delivering data-driven recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
