We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our expanding customer base across Canada and the U.S. You’ll be the go-to person for onboarding new clients and supporting them throughout their journey, being at the forefront of how AI is reshaping the automotive industry.
Requirements
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); French a strong plus
- Experience with SaaS, automotive retail, or tech support is highly valued
