Data Analyst, Specialist

Data Analyst, Specialist will lead analytics for Vanguard’s Open an Account (OA) digital onboarding journey and partner with internal teams to drive strategic decision-making through experimentation, funnel analytics, and customer behavior insights.

Requirements

• Works with internal partners to understand business needs
• Leads complex analytical initiatives to completion
• Designs, measures, and interprets A/B tests and other experimentation methodologies
• Translates complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations and executive-level storytelling
• Mentors junior analysts and provides guidance to onshore/offshore analytical resources
• Acquires and compiles structured and unstructured data and verifies its quality, accuracy and reasonableness
• Performs analyses of historical data to surface trends and insights using advanced analytical methods
