The Business Project Senior Specialist is responsible for managing complex projects or multiple workstreams within broader programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market conditions. This role involves developing strategic project plans, mitigating risks and influencing key stakeholders to drive seamless execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s degree (BBA / B.Com / BMS) or MBA (Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field)
• Expertise in project management methodologies
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project reporting tools for data-driven decision-making
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence leadership and cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to analyze business challenges, develop strategic roadmaps and implement process improvements
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion
