Group Financial Planning and Analysis Manager position at Vanquis Bank, responsible for leading budgeting, planning, and forecasting for the credit card portfolio, providing insight into performance, and improving forecasting tools and processes.
Requirements
- Qualified ACCA/CIMA or degree in a quantitative or business subject
- Strong FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance insight
- Experience using financial reporting and planning systems, with strong attention to data quality and process control
- Ability to present complex analysis clearly to senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to investigate and analyze complex data sets, identify issues proactively, and implement practical improvements to tools and processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to build effective relationships across Finance, Commercial, and Credit Risk and challenge constructively
- Strong organization skills and ownership mindset, able to meet tight deadlines with rigorous attention to detail
