Associate Sales Operations Manager

VARITE is looking for a qualified Associate Sales Operations Manager (Remote) to support the Account Management (AM) organization through business reporting, operational execution, and performance visibility across the field.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive reporting and visibility for key quarterly initiatives across the AM organization
  • Track and assess performance against quarterly targets and business goals
  • Build and maintain recurring dashboards, scorecards, and operational reporting
  • Provide visibility to field leadership on AM performance metrics including pipeline creation and progression, customer meetings and engagement activity, deals closed and revenue attainment, and forecast and target performance
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through ongoing data analysis
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Strategy & Operations, Finance, and GTM teams to support business execution
  • Support operational cadence reviews including weekly business reviews and quarterly planning processes
  • Help improve reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and data consistency across systems and tools
  • Package and present insights and recommendations to leadership stakeholders

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel experience
  • Experience working with CRM and reporting tools such as Dynamics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or related functions
  • Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear business insights and actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting sales or account management teams in a SaaS or B2B environment preferred
  • SQL experience preferred
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or STEM degree

Job Details

  • Location: Remote
  • Contract Duration: 6 months
  • Pay Rate Range: $48.00/hr to $53.52/hr on W2
  • Work Authorization: Only USC or GC
