The role involves developing customer-focused penetration strategies, analyzing market trends, and managing channel partners to exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a science or engineering related field
- Minimum 8 years’ experience with direct sales and channel management
- Working experience of direct account sales in Front and Back End Semiconductor, Compound Semiconductor equipment sales
- Experience in managing export sales via Channel Partners or other non-direct channels
- Strong team leadership and communication skills
- Highly self-motivated with a competitive ‘will to win’
