Global Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are hiring a Global Marketing Manager to own marketing for Veremark’s whistleblowing product, with a primary focus on APAC, the Middle East and EMEA. The role will involve owning the marketing plan, a dedicated budget and commercial performance, driving demand from new clients and growing adoption across our existing client base.

What You Will Do

You will plan, execute and optimise campaigns, build nurture journeys and coordinate specialist support across content, paid search, design and web. You will be accountable for priorities, delivery and results across the product’s marketing activity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in SaaS or a scale-up environment.
• Proven ownership of integrated marketing campaigns, budgets and measurable pipeline or revenue outcomes.
• Hands-on experience building and optimising email nurture journeys, segmentation and marketing automation, ideally using HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of paid search, keyword strategy, content and conversion optimisation, with the ability to brief specialists and challenge performance.
• Experience selecting and delivering webinars or events with clear commercial objectives and structured follow-up.
• Comfortable working across Sales, Account management and Product, with experience supporting both new customer acquisition and customer expansion.
• Highly organised and commercially focused, with the ability to execute independently and coordinate delivery across markets and time zones.
• Experience across APAC, the Middle East and/or EMEA is strongly preferred. Experience in whistleblowing, compliance, RegTech, HR tech or complex B2B buying journeys is a plus.
