Role Overview

As a People Operations Associate at Verkada, you will be an engine for our hyper-growth, partnering directly with our People Partners to drive performance management, employee engagement, and data analytics. You will be responsible for driving the employee journey, delivering data-driven insights, elevating the daily experience, building and scaling programs, and optimizing for scale.

What You Will Do

Drive the Employee Journey: Partner cross-functionally to execute a seamless, world-class employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Leverage our tools and HRIS to build out reporting, transforming raw data into actionable insights for People Partners and business leaders. Elevate the Daily Experience: Serve as the crucial first line of support for complex employee inquiries, ensuring a frictionless experience.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Experience: 3+ years in an HR or People Operations role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment. Education: BA/BS degree required (MBA or Master’s degree is a strong plus). Systems Savvy: Strong technical proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and Excel.
