The Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Organic and Conversion will be part of a high-performing team with backgrounds spanning investment banking, consulting, marketing, and high-growth startups. The role requires owning the company’s website as a revenue engine, building organic and AI search, and running experiments on every page and form that matters.

What You Will Do

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Organic and Conversion will own organic and AI search pipeline, conversion rate across the company’s website, forms and funnel, lifecycle email, and measurement and signals. The role requires collaboration with data science, marketing operations, web and design, product marketing, marketing development representatives (MDRs), and sales teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth product, biz ops, a startup, or equivalent
• Strong experimentation judgment
• Proficiency in data analysis and web analytics (GA4, Google Tag Manager)
• A working understanding of how SEO and AEO work
• Deep specialist expertise is not required
