Manager, Finance Systems

Role Overview

The Manager of Finance Systems is responsible for mission critical financial technology systems implementation and maintenance related to budget, accounting, enhancement projects and strategic initiatives.

What You Will Do

Configure and maintain Sage ERP/Accounting System, Jira ticketing System, low-code expense management software (Tipalti and Bill), and Finance Wiki, develop and maintain Jira SOP process, and work cross-functionally to build a database to be a source of truth for all Charts of Accounts.

Requirements

• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Mastery of relational database architecture, SaaS and cloud-hosted software implementation, and project management tools such as Jira, Asana
• Familiarity with business intelligence and database tools, including platforms such as Tableau and Power BI
• Experience using ticketing tools, such Jira
• Experience with low-code software platforms
• Experience with Sage or another EPR system a plus
• Ability to work well within a matrixed team environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and customer focused
• Proven ability to learn quickly, work independently, and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
• A can-do approach to work with the ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Communicate collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels of seniority including program directors and senior leadership
