Role Overview
Fundwell is a US-focused fintech company looking for a bilingual Sales Development Representative to open conversations with business owners across US markets. The role is fast-paced and call-heavy, requiring someone who thrives on volume and loves the phones.
What You Will Do
Make outbound calls and follow-ups to Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking business owners, qualify prospects, book meetings for the sales team, and keep pipeline and activity up to date in the CRM.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish or Portuguese, has 1+ year of sales experience, and is comfortable with a call-heavy, target-driven day. Bonus points for prior outbound/BDR experience in fintech, lending, or B2B.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
- Professional English (spoken and written)
- 1+ year in sales, telesales, BDR, or a similar customer-facing role
