Virtuous is looking for a Senior Partner Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, driving measurable impact across partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships, sales, or a similar field, and a proven ability to drive business impact through partnerships.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in SaaS partnerships, sales, or similar field
- Proven ability to drive business impact through partnerships, including pipeline generation and deal involvement
- Experience driving partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline through referral or partner-driven motions
- Cross-functional expertise across the full sales lifecycle
- Experience managing partners across the full partner lifecycle
- Experience leading partner business reviews (QBRs) and driving accountability against performance metrics
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute and drive measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with agencies, system integrators, or SaaS ecosystems is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study preferred
