Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth across the assigned APAC territory by owning the full sales cycle – from identifying and acquiring new customers to developing, expanding and scaling existing accounts.

Build trusted relationships with customer decision-makers and stakeholders across regions, act as a strategic partner, and develop and execute mid- and long-term account strategies.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management / Customer Success / Sales in a B2B environment (SaaS, MarTech or enterprise software preferred)
- Proven experience managing enterprise client portfolios with account budget planning and P&L management
- Strong client engagement skills with the ability to work at both strategic and operational levels
- Project and account management capabilities, with a focus on driving outcomes and coordinating across multiple teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Experience working with the Japanese market is required
- Comfort with data and KPIs, with the ability to analyze trends and identify areas for improvement
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent) and forecasting tools
