Join Vodafone as a CRM Marketing Automation Decision Strategy Lead and contribute to the evolution of our Always On Marketing ecosystem and commercial strategy. Work with cross-functional teams to build automated and personalized campaigns, integrate marketing, CRM and channel systems, and ensure campaign execution through PEGA. Collaborate in an Agile environment and participate in ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Science.
- Strong design and analytical skills, customer focus and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of agile methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Lean, Scrum, Design Thinking) and ability to apply agile ways of working.
- Experience with PEGA and decisioning strategies.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work model with 8-10 in-office days per month.
