Senior Manager, FP&A

Role Overview

As a Senior Manager, FP&A, you will collaborate with key business leaders to provide financial insights, develop and track key financial performance indicators (KPIs), and drive data-informed decision-making. You will act as the primary liaison between the finance and accounting departments and business units, translating financial data into actionable business strategies.

What You Will Do

You will analyze and communicate key financial metrics, lead the planning and execution of revenue and cost of goods sold (COGS) forecasts, and design, build, and maintain financial models to support business planning, investment analysis, and strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or foreign degree equivalent)
• at least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), account relationship management, or business development
• At least 5 years of experience with business intelligence (BI) tools and reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
• At least 5 years of experience applying quantitative and analytical skills to financial modeling and data analysis
• At least 5 years of experience identifying and solving complex financial problems using data-driven insights
• At least 5 years of experience translating financial data into actionable recommendations
• At least 5 years of experience with stakeholder engagement
