Role Overview
The Marketing Manager Switzerland will be a high-impact partner to sales, translating business priorities into real-world marketing events and data-driven marketing programs that drive client acquisition, deepen engagement, accelerate pipeline growth, and contribute directly to growth.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, client engagement or commercial marketing
- Strong understanding of the Swiss financial services, asset management or wealth management landscape
- Proven track record of strategic thinking and linking marketing investment to pipeline growth and business outcomes
- Proficient working with CRM, marketing automation, campaign analytics and performance measurement (M365, Salesforce, MC Cloud, Snowflake, Power BI)
- Strong commercial and entrepreneurial acumen and ability to engage credibly with sales leadership
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of asset management markets and regulatory requirements across regional markets
- Fluent German and English; French is advantageous
