Role Overview
Voyager is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to build reports, dashboards, and forecast pipelines that support FFP&A forecasting, annual budgets, and executive decision making. The role is remote and may require periodic travel to Voyager sites.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain Salesforce pipeline reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for business development and senior leadership. Perform financial reporting, data modeling, and variance analysis in partnership with Finance and Accounting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in one or more disciplines within Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales or BD operations, or a financial analyst role
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards, including building forecasts and pipeline analysis and extracting data for financial use.
- Experience supporting sales or BD forecasting and financial reporting through data modeling and analytics.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and multi-source data analysis.
- Experience with NetSuite (finance and sales modules) or a comparable ERP.
- Experience leading projects, formally or informally, in collaboration with other departments.
Benefits
- Base salary range $115,000-$135,000
