Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will lead the profitable growth of Wakefield’s Thermal management products and services for the Eastern region of the United States and Canada. This role requires a technically savvy sales professional within the thermal management space that has a proven track record of success and is capable of driving Wakefield Thermal’s ambitious growth plans.

What You Will Do

Maintain and nurture Wakefield Thermal’s existing thermal customer base, identify and establish new customers, perform on-site presentations and demonstrations, and promote Wakefield’s thermal engineering services to customers.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline, 10 years of progressive sales management experience, and excellent MS office capabilities. They will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and have a strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
  • 10 years of progressive sales management experience
  • 5 years of experience in relative or similar industry (thermal solutions, engineering services, custom machined products)
  • Excellent MS office capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM enterprise systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and presentation skills
