WaterAid is seeking an Analytics Manager to lead the delivery of business intelligence and analytics products that enable teams and leaders to understand performance and make informed decisions.
Requirements
- Experience in a management role – leading, motivating, developing and inspiring individuals.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience building and delivering BI solutions, particularly using Power BI.
- Strong SQL skills and competency working with relational databases (e.g. SQL Server) and modern cloud or SaaS data platforms (e.g. Microsoft Fabric).
- Ability to design meaningful analysis that delivers business value, based on a clear understanding of organisational and stakeholder goals.
