Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will play an integral role on the accounting team, analyzing financial data, building key performance indicators, and supporting the agency’s long-term financial health and strategic goals.

What You Will Do

Analyzing financial data, building financial statements, dashboards, budgets, and forecasts, and providing insights into financial performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, or a related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
